I loved the concert! The Brahms was truly magnificent. I especially enjoyed the soaring themes towards the end which were very moving. I think that the audience really got a kick out of the Beethoven — the couple in front of me kept laughing. It is really fun to get everybody engaged. Your explanations between the pieces help set context and keep the concert more informal. One of my favorite moments was when you paid tribute to the recently married gentlemen — great idea and quite touching.

On a separate note, I had no idea that the soup kitchen is providing 1,200 meals each day. It is humbling and gives some perspective on how blessed we are. I hope that we were able to raise a good amount for the church.

Thank you very much for the kind introduction/mention of our wedding last evening, it was quite a surprise and very touching. You and everyone associated with One World Symphony have always been extremely kind to us, we have enjoyed our long association.

The Benefit Concert was delightful. A musician friend who attended last evening had much praise for Adrienne’s singing and the group’s performance of the Brahms First and we surely agree. One World Symphony just gets better and better.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you so much again for putting on such a wonderful concert last night here at the church. It was such an enjoyable evening and I look forward to seeing One World Symphony play again soon. Wishing you all the very best for the holiday season!

It was super fun to join in on Ode to Joy :) The whole program was lovely. I loved the dedication to the newlyweds. Sooo great!

Your Brahms blew me away. The entire orchestra glowed. I never heard pizzicati heard that soft. I loved how you introduced every piece with historical context with musical examples and sing-alongs. It’s pretty clear that you’re packaging your presentations as an experience, not a forced education. The way you interact and gets us to participate makes the entire experience visceral. The dedication to the newly weds with the sweeping score from Love Actually was a touching moment.
