“Sung Jin Hong leads a characteristically adventurous — and unusually voluptuous — program of lush songs, opera excerpts, and other works by Saint-Saëns, Saariaho, Puccini, Hindemith, and Schubert, with help from the One World Symphony Vocal Artists and burlesque performer Bettina May.” — Time Out New York

A quick note of thanks for Sunday and Monday evenings’ One World concerts. Delightful evenings filled with glorious music performed by dedicated, talented artists. Your audience participation seems to go over well and that’s good. The costumes added to the fun. The dancer was a real crowd pleaser. A stroke of genius to bring her in. Ms. M continues to develop her instrument, her performance last evening was the best yet. And there’s more to come.

One World Symphony is a treasure indeed.

I loved Saariaho! I wish you performed the entire song cycle. How about a Sibelius symphony and Saariaho’s song cycle in a program?

I’d like to commend all your performers for handling the diverse styles beautifully. As a fellow musical omnivore, I’ve been enjoying your innovative programs and creative ways to get us always involved.
