One World Symphony’s 11th Season Opening concert was wonderful. We had been looking forward to it for some weeks and it was surely worth waiting for, marvelous singers and the orchestra was its usual super dooper sounding self.
It was such a joy to sing along with your orchestra and singers. I had to say the audience sounded impressive themselves. Maybe you should consider doing a famous opera chorus and aria sing-alongs. I loved that you performed the La Forza del Destino Overture as an encore. The performance had a bloodthirsty edge to it.
Even though we’re sad that you’re not performing in Brooklyn, we did make it out to your Verdi season opener in Manhattan. As always, it was a real treat to hear familiar and unfamiliar works performed with passion and elegance. We’re looking forward to your Mad Women!
Congratulations to the opening of One World Symphony’s 11th year. We are blessed with the inspiring performances and imaginative programming. We are gratified with the results of your soul’s sweat.
